A robust oil structured and rich but simultaneously delicate. To be used as a dressing on salads and soups, thanks to its finesse it is also suitable as a cooking oil. In the mouth are perceived notes of artichoke and cut grass. Only from cold work of the Gonnos black olives, typical biodiversity of the territory, detached directly from the tree, brought to the olive-press and grinded the very same day. From unripe harvest, from late October to the middle of December.
