Infusion of wild Sardinian juniper berries and other plants in molasses alcohol. Slow artisanal distillation of the infusion with discontinuous method for about ten hours, by using a steam boiler and a copper alembic still. Then the tomato berries are infused. It is clear and limpid to the eye, with an immediate and intense perfume of tomato berries, with mild shades of juniper and Mediterranean shrub notes. Its taste is really unique, at the beginning we feel tomato notes, fine and persistent, and at the end it feels soft to the palate. Ideal to be drunk in cocktails exclusively during aperitifs or before lunch.
