The wine present itself as vivid and bright ruby red, with a great consistence and great personality. It is soft to the palate, it emanates complex to the nose, advanced and balanced, that recall the Mediterranean shrub, with fruity accents and at the same time spices. Perfect to be eaten accompanied with tarts and sweets in general, ideal wine for after dinner, but also as a wine for meditating and letting yourself be carried with the soul and the mind in Sardinia.
