The delivery or the In-Store Pick-up of your order placed through the online shop

The boxes are generally dispatched by one or two working days from the receipt of the order and its relative payment.

The purchases with request for “In-Store Pick-Up” can be made immediately from the conclusion of the order at the opening hours indicated on our site to the section "RETAIL SHOP". In any case, as soon as the order is ready, we will send an email to inform that the purchased goods are ready to be picked up.

The orders received on Fridays after 12 P.M., on Saturdays, on Sundays and during public holidays, will be processed the next business day. 

Meanwhile, as for deliveries all over Italy, the orders that include items that need to be maintained at a controlled temperature, and for this very reason must travel in a refrigerated truck, the designated days of departure from our warehouse are Tuesdays and Fridays.

As for deliveries in the rest of Europe, even in the case there would be fresh products, there are daily departures and travel with express courier and not in a refrigerated truck.

Naturally, the fresh products will be located inside a box inserting dry ice, that keeps the right temperature for three/four days.

Any shipments to be made outside the European continent, at the moment, are to be agreed with our Customer Service Office in order to evaluate the possibility of delivery, often reduced because of the many restrictions that different nations impose.

As for deliveries to non-European countries, possible custom duties are to be borne by the User and are to be paid at the moment of the delivery of the purchased goods, directly to the courier.

We suggest grouping your items in a single order, taking advantage of the bracket of weight assigned to you at the checkout based on the products you choose. It is not possible to group two different orders made separately, therefore, you will be charged of the shipping cost for each order. Your order will be shipped at your sole risk, hence, in case of eventual damages occurred during transport, thus caused by a third party, we do not hold ourselves accountable in case of eventual requests of compensation. Naturally, we pay a specific attention during the packaging of your order.

As for the cost of national and international transport, regarding purchases from wholesale, it will be disclosed from time to time by our Logistics and Shipping Office, based on the quantity, the destination and the method of transport used among the following ones.
