LA SARDEGNA GIFT CARD can only be used to purchase products and services at La Sardegna retail shop, located at S.S. 33 del Sempione, 219 a San Vittore Olona (Milan).
LA SARDEGNA GIFT CARD is emitted at the moment of your purchase, with a minimum sum of 30 Euros (VAT taxes included) and with an unlimited maximum sum.
The sum can be spent piecemeal that may be used for multiple purchases until the credit on the card is used up. It can be used for a part of a purchase in combination with other forms of payment and cannot be used for the purchase of another GIFT CARD.
The Gift Card cannot be purchased benefitting from a discount if there is a sale underway.
The Card has 365 days of validity from the issue date.
The bearer is responsible for the GIFT CARD, because of this it can be used by everyone that gets hold of it. In case of theft, damage or loss it cannot be blocked, replaced or refunded.
No liability can be attributed to L.S. SRL in case of misuse and/or non authorized and/or in case theft, damage or loss.
