These typical Sardinian specialities is the result of the history and experience of the Usai family, native of Jerzu, a small town in the heart of the Ogliastra territory.

After their relocation in Lombardy, “La Sardegna” company kept its most authentic recipe of the Sardinian tradition, carrying on producing with the same passion in its artisanal laboratory this treat for the palate.

The meticulous and thorough selection of raw materials used during the production, rigorously made by hand, made it possible for our products to stand out from the industrial-grade production, still allowing us to be able to meet the number of requests and the needs of both the wholesale and retail customers, always looking for niche products.

Our organisational structure is capable of supplying in a widespread and accurate manner the current and the future European clientele.
