Handmade Perle di Sardegna al Limone Dessert 350g La Sardegna
The Perle di Sardegna al Limone, a dessert created by the knowing hands of the Usai family in their artisanal laboratory. Delicate fresh pasta puff with ricotta cheese and lemon zest filling. This product has to be fried and once served, garnished with honey or with a myrtle, blueberry, berries and blackberries jam. Excellent when paired with a muscat spumante wine.
This typical Sardinian speciality is the result of the history and experience of the Usai family, native of Jerzu, a small town in the heart of the Ogliastra territory.
After their relocation in Lombardy, “La Sardegna” company kept its most authentic recipe of the Sardinian tradition, carrying on producing with the same passion in its artisanal laboratory this treat for the palate.
