Handmade Culurgionis 400g La Sardegna
The Culurgionis are characteristic fresh pasta dumplings with potatoes, pecorino cheese and wild mint filling, enclosed by hand with a seal shaped like a spike of wheat, originating from the Ogliastra territory. This raviolo has to be simply boiled in salted water and served with a tomato and basil sauce or with butter and sage. Ideal to be paired with a glass Sardinian Vermentino wine.
This typical Sardinian speciality is the result of the history and experience of the Usai family, native of Jerzu, a small town in the heart of the Ogliastra territory.
After their relocation in Lombardy, “La Sardegna” company kept its most authentic recipe of the Sardinian tradition, carrying on producing with the same passion in its artisanal laboratory this treat for the palate.
