The Coccoi Prena are characteristic baskets of fresh pasta filled with potatoes, pecorino cheese and wild mint, originating from the Ogliastra territory. A product that has to be baked in the oven, ideal as a first course, but it is also quite tasty as an appetizer paired with typical Sardinian charcuterie and a glass of sparkling wine, for example a glass of Caralis Brut Nature Metodo Classico.
This typical Sardinian speciality is the result of the history and experience of the Usai family, native of Jerzu, a small town in the heart of the Ogliastra territory.
After their relocation in Lombardy, “La Sardegna” company kept its most authentic recipe of the Sardinian tradition, carrying on producing with the same passion in its artisanal laboratory this treat for the palate.
