Cannonau di Sardegna with Denomination of Controlled Origin, a red win of the Sardinian tradition. To the eyes it as an intense ruby red colour with purplish hues, very clear; its perfume is intense and averagely persistent, with a strong vinosity and marked notes of blackberry and raspberry, to the palate it has a dry and fresh taste, rightfully tannic. Ideal to accompany cold cuts appetizers, first courses with a not so strong taste, seafood soups and broths, roasted blue fish, chicken and rabbit.
