Cannonau di Sardegna DOC Rosso Riserva, considered as one of the most know labels of the Winery. It has a maroon colour and a medium consistence. To the note its bouquet is traditional, where notes of mature red fruits stand out, in jam and in alcohol, and Mediterranean spices. To the palate it has a good freshness and a tannin that is present and elaborated, with aromas adherent to the typology of the wine and the vineyard. Riserva Antichi Poderi is a wine that has to be paired with mature cheeses with good fatness, both of sheep’s milk, like the Pecorino di Sardegna DOP, and goat’s milk, like the typical caprine cheeses; or to be savoured with lorighittas pasta with white ragout and cheeses, or with meat dishes like roasted lamb.
