Recònta originates in the terrains that surround Alghero, from the calcareous soil of Villassunta and Usini, where the native Cagnulari grapes reaches the optimal maturation. It has a ruby red colour with violet hues to the eyes. One can perceive spicy hints at the nose, with black fruit notes and hints of Mediterranean Shrub. It is balanced in the mouth, full of silky and long tannins. Ideal to be paired with semi-mature cheeses, risottos, boiled meats and roasted meats.
