This Aragosta Brut spumante wine is obtained by local white berried grapes handled with the charmat method. The vineyards selected to make this wine are located in the most ancient areas of Santa Maria La Palma. To the eyes is has a pale straw-yellow colour with fine and persistent perlage. Its perfume is intense and floral, with notes of white fruits and pleasant fragrance of bread crust. To the palate its taste is fresh and elegant with a long and persistent finale. Perfect to accompany an aperitif and pleasant during the whole meal with seafood cuisine.
