Granito Gin encloses digestive proprieties, given by the natural herbs in the form of botanical ingredients that are local to Sardinia.
To the nose one perceives intense notes of juniper, violets, light lavender and citrus, in a fresh mint finale, herbal, characterised by coriander and angelica, that leaves a pleasant taste in the mouth. Its taste highlights herbaceous and citrusy delicacy. Its body, semi-sweet, is given by the vegetables such as dill, fennel, liquorice and anise; its bitter notes are given by the maceration of juniper leaves; its finale is rounded thanks to the angelica, both from its seeds and its roots; it closes on fresh notes of thyme, lemon balm, sage and mint. Ideal to be savoured with tonic water.
