Isola dei Nuraghi IGT white wine, from Vermentino grapes in purity. Pale yellow coloured with golden hues. To the palate it offers himself dry, enveloping and with a taste that resembles the pulp of aromatic fruits. To the nose we perceive a complex ensemble of wildflowers, hawthorn, wisteria, rosemary, thyme, flint. The name Capichera comes from Latin “caput erat”, that means “it was the capital”, and it is the ancient name of the family estate. It is the emblematic wine of the company, one of the most prestigious of the island, produced for the first time in 1980
