Bèru is born from Siddùra’s spirit of experimentation, created to showcase the exceptional versatility of Vermentino. Even when aged in barrique, this grape retains its distinctive character and aromatic elegance, recognized worldwide. A dedicated section of the cellar is reserved for barrel ageing, where Vermentino develops into a refined, complex, and highly awarded wine. It displays a straw yellow color with golden highlights. The nose is refined, intense, and layered, with nuances of pastry cream, thyme, strawberry tree fruit, and passion fruit. On the palate, it is full-bodied, smooth, and mineral, with an elegant finish of white flowers and acacia.
