Is Maccaronis de Busa. The Busa is the knitting needle on which were wrapped the little stripes of dough that, with a knowing motion, were transformed in this perforated pasta, similar to a long bucatino between the 6 and 7 centimetres. Bronze drawn and at a later time they are left to slowly desiccate, the Maccaroni de Busa are recommended with structured meat sauces, but it is possible to combine them to a simple tomato sauce or white vegetable sauces.
