Arbutus Honey 250g L’Isola del Miele

One of the rarest and most difficult to make honey, caused by the blossoming of the plant that happens in autumn, between October and November. It is produced mostly in Sardinia because the bees are active and operative in the right months. A hazelnut-coloured honey with shades grey and green, with a bitter taste and with a pungent aroma. It is a very refined and sophisticated product.
