Assoluto Vino da Uve Stramature 14% 375ml Pala

Assoluto is a dessert wine that embodies the most authentic essence of Sardinia, born from the meeting of two local grape varieties, Nasco and Vermentino. A sweet white with a distinctive personality, capable of combining the aromatic richness of overripe grapes with a surprising freshness and a pleasant salt imprint.

Produced with ’80% Nasco and 20% Vermentino, it comes from the Is Crabilis vineyard in Ussana, located between 150 and 180 metres above sea level, on limestone soils. The grapes are left to wilt naturally in the vineyard for 15 days, to concentrate their aromas and richness. After manual pressing, the wort ferments in small stainless steel tanks. The wine then ages for six months in steel and for another six months in bottle, developing complexity and balance.

In the calyx it has an intense golden yellow color. The bouquet is rich and enveloping, with aromas of dried fruit and ripe apricots, accompanied by nutty nuances that return in the sweet and persistent finish. On the palate, it surprises with its freshness, which balances the sweetness and intertwines with a pleasant savouriness, providing a harmonious and refined tasting.
