Obtained from a blend of local Carignano grapes with a moderate presence of Syrah grapes. With a good structure, it is an excellence of Cantina Santadi.

A Valli di Porto Pino IGT. In the glass it has a very intense ruby red colour, gloomy, characterised by light maroon hues; its perfume is complex and enveloping at the nose, with fruity and wilted floral hints, with spiced notes of vanilla and black pepper. It is balanced in the mouth thanks to its extractive components, structured, soft, elegant and harmonic. Ideal to accompany semi-mature and mature cheeses, red roasted meats, goat and lamb meat.
