This spumante wine represents for the company, a blend between new and old generations of winemakers, that in these years have made the history of this winery.
Careful selection of Cagnulari grapes, knowingly harvested by hand, pressed after 6 hours of contact between peel and juice. The effervescence is achieved in an autoclave at low temperature (Charmat method) and at a later time it is aged for 6 months on dregs. To the eyes it is bright pink with coppery hues, with a fine and persistent perlage. To the nose its scent is complex, fruity with various spicy notes. To the palate its taste is fruity, fresh and mineral. Perfect as an aperitif and ideal to accompany seafood first courses, shellfishes and delicate meat dishes.
