Careful selection of Vermentino di Sardegna DOC grapes, knowingly harvested by hand; its effervescence is achieved in an autoclave at low temperature (Charmat method) and at a later time it is aged for 6 months on dregs. To the eyes it is of a straw-yellow colour with greenish hues, with a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose we perceive intense scents of white and yellow flowers with a slight fruity finale, that perfectly blends well with the light notes of bread crust. To the palate its taste is full-bodied, fresh, soft and pleasantly sapid. Perfect as an aperitif and ideal to accompany seafood first courses and shellfishes.
