Exclusive interpretation of Syrah grapes, a vineyard of an extraordinary versatility. Top of the range of the Capichera winery, Albóri di Làmpata IGT is bottled in very few pieces. Its name means “June’s dawn” and just like the most beautiful sunrise this Syrah too, is an exciting, complex and enveloping wine, with an incomparable elegance, strongly identifying the Gallura territory. To the eyes it appears of a vivid red colour with purplish hues, to the nose we perceive spiced and fruity notes, given by black berried fruits, such as blackberries, sour cherries, liquorice and violet and by black pepper. To the palate we can notice a great aromatic complexity with balsamic notes of myrtle and Mediterranean shrub, confiture, coffee, leather and dates. This delicious red wine goes perfectly well with Sardinian cold cuts, play and mature cheeses.
