A Carignano del Sulcis with Denomination of Controlled Origin. This wine has a characteristic ruby red colour. In the nose it has an intense scent, with clear Mediterranean shrub and red fruits notes. Its taste is fresh, sapid, with a fine and balanced tannin. Ideal to accompany savoury first courses with meats, like lasagnas and ragout pasta, stewed meats, poultry second courses, roasted meats and semi-mature cheeses.
