The new Carignano by Siddùra is born from pure inspiration, using grapes sourced from southwestern Sardinia, where this variety thrives in its ideal habitat near the sea. Beneficial sea breezes, a warm climate, and poor soils ensure healthy, well-ripened grapes, harvested between early and mid-September. After a short ageing in the cellar, the wine is bottled to preserve its freshness and fruity character. It shows a bright ruby red color. On the nose, it is fresh and fruity, with subtle aromas of blackberry and blueberry compote, hints of white pepper, and liquorice nuances. On the palate, it offers a burst of juicy, vibrant fruit, enhanced by a pleasant fresh-savory balance.
