Spumante brut wine of Metodo Classico quality, aged in bottle for at least 6 months. This spumante wine has an elegant and soft taste, mineral and sapid, that leaves a note of mature apricot to the palate. To the nose it stands out a perfume that goes from hawthorn and light fruits to bread crust and hazelnut. To the eyes it has a vivid straw-yellow colour with golden hues, ha creamy foam, with fine and persistent perlage. Ideal to be drunk during an aperitif or a meal, with seafood first courses and crustaceans.
