The Vermentino di Gallura reaches the maximum point of its elegance in this spumante brut wine with a fine perlage, velvety and with a pleasant aromatic freshness. To the yes it appears of a straw-yellow colour; its perfume is fresh, fine, fruity and spiced, it resembles aromatic herbs such as sage and citrus. Characterized by a lively, sapid and fresh acidity, a good balance, medium structure and great aromatic persistence. It goes particularly well with aperitives and with seafood cuisine.
