Dianthus Isola dei Nuraghi IGT Bianco is an elegant Brut sparkling wine produced with 100% Nuragus grapes according to the Martinotti Method, with autoclave froth. A fresh and refined Sardinian sparkling wine, capable of surprising with its pleasant immediacy and a lively and irresistibly drinkable character.

In the chalice it appears with a bright straw yellow color, accompanied by a soft foam and fine, intriguing bubbles. The scent is lively and nuanced, with elegant notes of white peach, clementine, pear and green apple, enriched by delicate floral notes of hawthorn and zagara and pleasant hints of mint, thyme and spices.

On the palate it is dry, fresh and smooth, with a pleasant flavour and softness that make it balanced and highly drinkable. The sip, fruity and floral, conquers for its elegance without being challenging, leaving a pleasant and inviting finish.
