This wine is the expression as sophisticated as comprehensible of four ancients Vermentino dell’Alta Gallura clones. The formula is very simple: identity, uniqueness, intelligibility.

Disco Volante is a white wine obtained from Vermentino grapes coming from three plots of land from the North of Sardinia. Fermented in concrete and wood, its secret is its simplicity. At the nose it has a scent that reminisces the typical Mediterranean Shrub with Honeysuckle, Gallurese Wild Lavender, Broom and Juniper Resin. In the mouth stand out the typical Sardinian flavour of Wild Gallurese Apple, white Myrtle berries and Wild Almonds.
