Vermentino di Sardegna Cala Reale DOC. To the eyes it has a vivid straw-yellow colour with shiny green hues, to the nose it has an intense bouquet that combines seducing tropical tones with the most classic nuances of Mediterranean shrub, berries and officinal herbs. In the mouth the warm tones of ripe fruits blend with the recall of a thriving sapidity, capable of crossing a fine and precious matter. Its finale is long and mineral, decisively fresh and savoury. Ideal to accompany warm seafood appetizers, spaghetti with clams, seafood first courses, shellfish, white meats, mussels, tartare, fish carpaccio and fried vegetables, but it is also tasty as an aperitif.
