This Vermentino, one of the masterpieces of Piero Mancini, has been created to celebrate the appeal of the Gallura territory.

Vermentino di Gallura DOCG vinified in white fermentated at 18°C. to the eyes stand out feeble greenish hues on a classic straw-yellow colour. At the first sip it is possible to savour aromatic herbs notes that leaves space to fruity shades. Drinkable and balanced at the taste. It goes well with smoked fish appetizers, steamed shellfish, fresh cheeses, sushi and sashimi.
