It has a vivid straw-yellow colour with light greenish hues to the eyes, to the nose it stands out a typical bouquet of tropical fruit and citrusy notes with clear Mediterranean aromas, such as sage. With a soft taste, balanced out by a moderate alcoholic hint with good notes of minerality and freshness, it is ideal to accompany seafood dishes, shellfishes, white meats or drunk as an aperitif.
