Katala Vermentino di Gallura Superiore Docg 14,5% 75cl Tenute Tondini

Vermentino di Gallura D.O.C.G. Superiore, produced in San Leonardo, in the municipality of Calangianus, Sardinia, from 100% Vermentino grapes grown on sandy soils of granite decomposition.

It stands out for its straw-yellow colour with golden highlights and intense aromas of ripe yellow fruit. On the palate, it is balanced, rich and full-bodied, with a remarkably persistent finish.

Vinified with six days of skin maceration at controlled temperature and aged in stainless steel tanks.

Best served at 12–13°C. It pairs beautifully with grilled or oven-baked fish, shellfish, fish soups and white meats.
