In the Santa Maria la Palma winery, from the Sardinian Island comes this white wine. To the eyes it appears of a straw-yellow colour with slight greenish hues, to the nose its perfume is thin, intense and delicate, meanwhile to the palate it is alcoholic, soft with a slightly bitter aftertaste. It goes well with Sardinian pecorino cheese and Fiore Sardo cheese, clam soup, steamed beans and grilled fish.
