Realised with Cuvée Close method, this spumante wine is a fresh and balanced brut from native Torbato vineyards. It appears as pale yellow, with a lasting perlage with fine and thin grains. It is characterized by elegant perfumes of flowery aromas, between acacia blossoms and pink grapefruit. To the taste it is light, fresh and sliding in the mouth. To accompany seafood appetizers, fried fish, snacks, eggs and pies, sushi e sashimi. In the magnum version it comes with its original wooden box.
