This is a really unique honey produced from the Arbutus’ flowers between the months of September and November only in Sardinia, because of this it is extremely rare.

It is one-of-a-kind, its aroma and its bitter taste make it unique. It is perfect paired with pecorino cheeses or lard, while it is also ideal accompanied with typical Sardinian sweets such as Seadas, where tradition wants it to be presented with plenty of garnish.
