S’anima de Pompìa, a liqueur obtained from the infusion of the zest of the Pompìa, a fruit native of the Siniscola area that has anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and antimycotic proprieties.

This liqueur has a strong yellow colour, an intense perfume, with great citrusy notes, complexity and aromatic variety with composite scents attributable to the Pompìa fruit. To the palate it has a very persistent and intense taste, with unique aromatic perceptions, typical of the fruit. The alcoholic feeling is balanced by the intensity of the taste and the good citrusy freshness.
