Very savoury little tunas, smoked with aromatic wood from Sardinian forests. As an appetizer, it can be served with extra virgin olive oil, a few drops of lemon and some fresh cherry tomatoes cut into small pieces. Cut into strips and added to a sauté of onions, capers, green olives and a pinch of pepper, makes a spaghetti dish unforgettable.
