Red wine with Typical Geographical Indication Isola dei Nuraghi. Aged in barriques between ten and twelve months, matured in bottle for about six months. To the eyes it appears of an intense red colour, to the nose it is persistent and balanced. It is a full-bodied wine, soft and harmonic that goes particularly well with meat sauces, roasted pork, Sardinian sausage and Sardinian pecorino cheese.
