From red berried Cannonau grapes in purity, a red wine that puts itself over the others in order to differentiate from them, a pride for the Piero Manici winery.

Cannonau di Sardegna DOC, its name recalls the word “hawk” in Italian, the lovely bird that soars high in the sky. To the eyes it has a ruby red colour tending to maroon, in the nose one can perceive persistent aromas of flowers and mature fruit. In the mouth its taste is dry and has a good level of acidity. During the dinner is goes perfectly well with traditional Sardinian cuisine; ideal to accompany first courses, tune and red barbecue meats, play, Fiore Sardo pecorino cheese.
