Isola dei Nuraghi IGT. In the glass it has a dark ruby red colour with purplish hues in the most marginal areas; at the nose stand out dominant fruity scents that overpower the flowery hints of violets and herbs like hay. To the palate the fruity sensation continues, accompanied by the presence of soft tannins, balanced with the freshness of an original good acid heritage, that sustain the evolution in the mouth for long. Very well concealed are the reminiscences of the passage in a fine wood slightly vanilla-scented. There is the general sensation of a solar freshness of a Mediterranean atmosphere and spices from the South. It goes perfectly well with semi-mature and mature cheeses, red roasted meats, goat meat and lamb meat.
