Awarded red wine obtained from the noble Cannonau grapes in purity, Viniola represents for Cantina Dorgali a wine of the tradition, one of the great classics.
Cannonau di Sardegna with Denomination of Controlled Origin Riserva. In the glass it has an intense ruby red colour with light purplish hues, clear; its perfume has a great intensity and ampleness to the nose where it stands out a hint of blackberries confiture, vegetable and slightly balsamic notes. To the palate it is dry and soft, with a pleasant return of fruits, it has a good structure and well-expressed tannins, warm and enveloping with a clean and long finale. Ideal to sip paired with many grilled and roasted meat, boar meat e mature cheeses.
