In the glass it has an intense ruby red colour; at the nose one can perceive hints of mature red fruits with an intense hints of plum confiture and light notes of leather and Cayenne pepper. In the mouth it is rightfully tannic, dry and persistent. Ideal to accompany structured first and second courses, both of the Sardinian tradition and not, savoury meat and vegetable dishes and semi-mature and mature cheeses.
