A red wine with a Denomination of Controlled Origin. From one Vittorio to another, this wine is a tribute to the history of Sella & Mosca. In 2017 Vittorio Moretti buys the business and Vittorio Sella, nephew of one of the Founder Fathers of the company, turns 90. This wine is dedicated to him. In the glass it has a bright ruby red colour with maroon hints; it has an ample and blurred olfactory profile in which the floral and fruity notes perfectly blend with the more complex notes that have toasted and spicy recalls. Rich and meaty, in the mouth it shows its strength in a gentle manner, with the classic enveloping hug and the seducing matter of Mediterranean red wines. Long and persistent, it has a both silky and savoury tannin. Ideal to accompany structured first and second courses, both of the Sardinian tradition and not, savoury meat and vegetable dishes and semi-mature and mature cheeses.
