Bovale Campidano di Terralba DOC. It is characterised by an intense ruby red colour with light purplish hues. To the nose its winy note is accompanied by sweets scents of mature red fruits, especially cherries and Mediterranean herbs. In the mouth it is soft and pleasantly tannic, with a good aromatic progression, sapid and with a balanced acidic streak that gives it freshness. Versatile and simple to pair with, thanks to its balance and the characteristic of the grapes. It goes particularly well with prosciuttos, salami, steamed vegetable appetizers, quiches, pizzas, red meat second courses.
