Originated from local Monica grapes in purity, Karel is born in the Ferruccio Deiana winery using the most modern and developed techniques.

Monica di Sardegna with Denomination of Controlled Origin, it is part of the “Classic Line” of the Ferruccio Deiana winery. This wine has a characteristic ruby red colour with purplish hues. To the nose it has an intense and fine scent, to the palate it is soft, sapid, rightfully tannic and with a medium body. Ideal and delicious if paired with red roasted meats or stewed dishes, fresh cheeses and semi-mature cheeses.
