A Cannonau di Sardegna with a Denomination of Controlled Origin, the name “Mamuthone” comes from the mask that made famous Mamoiada and Sardinia all over the world. This wine has an intense ruby red colour with maroon reflexes in the glass, at the nose it has a long bouquet, of a unique excellence, with hints of cherry typical of the land of origin. its taste is ample, velvety, fresh and long. It goes particularly well with tuna and roasted red meat, play, and Fiore Sardo percorino cheese.
