Obtained from a blend of red berried local grapes, Abbaìa is born in the Gallura territory and is produced by the Cantina Sociale del Vermentino Monti.
A Colli del Limbara IGT, Abbaìa has a ruby red colour, intense and vivid, and a modest consistency that swiftly reveals its spirited and disengaged character. To the nose, it expresses fresh and not too complex scents of red flowers and red berried fruits, lightly winy hints, with hues of freshly cut grass. In the mouth it has an agile, fresh and sapid drink, balanced, with a delicately vegetable tannin, slightly alcoholic and dry. It is a wine that goes particularly well with Sardinian typical cold cuts and cheeses and meaty second courses.
