Monica di Sardegna DOC matured in bottle for a month. It is named after the duke of Mandas that ruled from 1614 to 1843. A wine that has a vivid ruby red colour to the eyes, with a pleasantly strong perfume and with a dry, sapid, and harmonic taste with a characteristic aftertaste. Ideal to accompany spicy cold cuts, complex first courses, white meats, red meats and cheeses.
