Catore is the crowning of a long research path on Torbato grapes that Sella & Mosca has been carrying out for years by now.

Catore Alghero Torbato with Denomination of Controlled Origin. To the eyes it has an almost golden straw-yellow colour. It is accompanied by hints of helichrysum, pear, chamomile and with the typical scents of Mediterranean shrub. It is an important white wine, to the palate one perceives a strong structure, characterised by a great freshness and minerality. it is perfect to be sipped to enhance determined and structured dishes both of fish and meat.
